At Shatila Studio, each product is hand-made and therefore unique – no two are exactly the same. Each of our artisans can tell her work by the stitch, which is what makes it so special. This means that the product you order may not look stitch for stitch like the one in the photograph.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, with the label attached.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason why you want to return the item. Please email all of this to email@example.com BEFORE returning the purchase. We will send you a return number to include into the package.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for them to process and post your refund.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
